Ophelia 4:18, Inc understands that instability severely disrupts a youth’s education and employment, vastly heightens their exposure to physical and mental health challenges, and deeply complicates their successful transition into adulthood. We help minimize the anxiety of feeling like you have to have it all figured out when the clock strikes 12.
Our independent living program provides more than housing, we provide a pathway to stability, growth, and long-term success for teens aging out of foster care. Through a structured, supportive environment, individualized case management, and hands-on life-skills development, we help youth build the confidence, accountability, and practical tools needed to transition successfully into adulthood.

No interruption with current school placement. We will make sure that you receive the assistance you need to finish high school on time.

- Our youth receive assistance applying for scholarships or Trade Schools.
- Assistance in Job Placement
- You're not in this alone. We will assist you in job placement, helping with job search, resume writing, initial uniform and transportation to and from.
